Information we process
When you create a preview, we receive the photo or photos you select, the personalization details you enter, a random browser device identifier, your IP address, and technical generation records. We use the device identifier and IP address to enforce preview limits and protect the service from abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to generate and display your preview, preserve your draft in your browser, diagnose failures, secure the service, and connect an ordered card to the correct artwork and personalization.
AI processing and retention
Your uploaded photos are sent to image-processing and AI service providers solely so they can perform the requested transformation. Housewear automatically removes uploaded photos and generated preview files from its generation storage after seven days. A checkout may pass the preview link and personalization to CozyTreat so the ordered card can be produced.
Browser storage
Housewear stores a random device ID and preview draft in your browser. This lets us enforce the free-preview allowance and restore your completed preview. You can clear this data through your browser settings, although doing so may remove access to a saved draft.
Checkout
Purchases take place on CozyTreat’s Shopify storefront. CozyTreat and Shopify process contact, shipping, payment, and order data under their own privacy terms. Review CozyTreat’s checkout privacy policy before purchasing.
Children and photo permission
The preview tool is intended for adults. Do not upload a child’s photo unless you are their parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have lawful permission. Do not upload any photo you are not authorized to use.

To ask about access, correction, or deletion, contact support@cozytreat.com and include the preview ID if available. Rights vary by location and may be subject to legal exceptions.
